Not recd since a yea

I have not received my passport since last year. The authorities at Lucknow (India), is somuch negilent that all request and query fall in to waste. They are not even sincere to reply the complaint which was emailed them so many times in the past

Trough your forum I like to convey my messaqge to Foreign ministry to take action for my pass port whose file no. is LKO Z265870/08,
