About HPIN

My Folio No is 6196552/06. I had made arequest for EPIN and for the same i have received the message on mobile on dated 22/02 at 11:57am, according to message " Your HPIN request has been processed and the same is being despatched to your address registered with us.'

But till now neither i have received the despatched letter, nor any message from media to collect the same. While my registered address remaiin the same and in the mean time i am living here.

Pl. do the newedful & tell me by which courier paper despatched so that i can contact the same.
