Head post office
Non delivery of speed post

Sir,

I have booked some educational certificate by speed post from Post Office, Lakheri, Bundi, Rajasthan on 04.01.2010 to be delivered at Rourkela, Orissa but it is not delivered till date. I contacted the concerned post office and registered a complaint but after follow up since last three months no positive reply is made from them.

Can anybody guide me what can I do in that case?
