Sir,

yesterday dt. 3-2-10 i went to the head post office mathura u.p, for posting passport form. after app. 90 minits. I was badly treted by officials and a man " DINESH YADAV" may be he was sytem manager, he abused me and said to complain any where.

kindly take required action for such bad behavior and abuesness.
