Ban on polypack of ghutka

Some days back the honourable supreme court of india banned the polypack of ghutka and pan masala. It has been almost 2-3 months and we all know the outcome. You go to any cornor in india, you will find the same old polypacked stuff.

Does the government of india has any respect for supreme court's order? It seems like the govt is adhering to the listen and forget policy.
