Egarding my courier vide ref.no:60124812775

I had a complaint regarding my courier that i don't have recieved yet from last 7 days and provided me a fake reference no:60124812775 on 7th of march.when i tried to check the status of my courier via ref. No that only shows number not valid.i reported to the agent of courier company and told about the said.in anger and in very harsh abusive words he just told that it is not my concern my duty is only to forward the same... i was out of town and i called my cousin to confirm it but still the agent misbehaved with him.till the day i don't have recieved the courier and the agent of blue dart franchise is not answering my call by with i suffered the lot of problems and laid very much financial impact.it is shame for the authorities that how worst customer service they are providing to their customers.please a legal notice should be sent to the defaulter so that the happening would not be repeated again.and strict action please may be taken against the agent regarding the harrasment of customers.thanks
