Not receiving of passport

Sir,

I have applied for passport on 6/11/09, but till today I have not received my passport. The application no. is a220509.By mistake the name was changed in receipt slip. In place of my name there is name of a lady, named-Akhtar Bano and also father's name was also changed. S.P. office of Sonebhadra district called me for correction of this though all the documents were all of mine and everything is o.k..And they told that on 09/01/10 they send police report and already received in Lucknoq passport office. But still today, in passport enquiry status it is showing that police reort has not received. Please let me know what I have to do now for getting my passport earliest.
