Not supply of lpg

I am consumer of hp lpg gas con. no.605691 at ekta gas service lucknow. now above gas service was suspended by hp official and my gas connection is transfer kirti gas service with out any information.kirti gas service has not supply gas to my home till november. please supply gas cylinder to my home immediately so for, i have requested so many times but go vain. kindly instruct hp official lucknow to supply gas cylinder to my given home addres so for.
