Things missing from parcel sent

I had sent a parcel containing clothes and spices, i.e cardamom & cinnamon. the cinnamon was just 50 gms so that did not go missing but a sealed packet (branded) cardamom packet of 250 gm goes missing when the parcel reaches Pune. I had sent the parcel to Pune from Noida on the 3rd of December. the parcel reaches Mumbai, Kurla on the 4th Dec, and the same day it is sent to Pune, i.e 3rd Dec, friday. I checked their website on tuesday i.e 9th Dec to check why the parcel has not reached yet and the website says on Transit. My friend got the parcel in the evening and she said the cardamom packet is missing. I have alrady given complain in Nodia office but i thought I should call the corporate office in mumbai and also Pune office. Their staff are not at all professional. The company name is PROFESSIONAL but NONE OF THE STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL. In Mumbai the person is not ready to identify his name because when i first told him about my problem he said IT CAN HAPPEN SOMETIMES BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US FIND OUT WHERE IT GOT LOST. I forced him to tell his name then he says his name is Varghese but don't know is it his true name. He tells me to contact Pune office. When I call Pune office they disconnect the line or give me some other number to contact. The Pune offices and staff are the worst. They give you contact numbers which does not exist and they don't want to take complaints. I don't understand why did it take so long from Bombay to Pune to reach. It takes 4 days to reach Pune? Even if I go by road I reach within 3 hours. Where was the parcel from 4th December till it reached on 8th Dec. Seems like they open the sealed packets which we seal and send and again they re-do it remove imoportant things for their purpose and then deliver it.
