I santosh shivanna mellelue employee of Honeywell turbo techonologies has left the company in the year 2007 and at that time only I have submitted my pf form, no MH/12/121251/33 but uptil now I have not received my pf on my given account 5902951708 of citi bank, at present I am working in Aurangabad and I have visited punes pf office three times which is not possible for me to do it regularly because I m facing so much problems in my present company because of these issue I have already taken 7 leaves for pf work,

When I have visited to pf office they have told me that the checks has been send to your account in nov. 2007 but I have checked the details in citi bank they don’t have any details of such types of cheques, and also sir the account has got closed in the year july but they don’t have any details of such cheques, then I have checked in your account department but they also don’t have any details of cheques where the cheques have gone.

Sir as I have done the discussion with the concerned department of Honeywell also to the accounts department they have told to submit the application and also the statement of citi bank which I have done one month back also I have submitted my new account no. 165010100216890 of axis bank aurangabad on which I request u to arrange to send my pf.

Sir please I request u to do the needful for me because next my sisters marriage is there and I need it urgently.

Sir, Those are my pf details, for which i have done the enquiry in punes pf office three time, sir i leave in aurangabad and it is not possible for me to come to pune for this work because it 1000 rupees for me and also the deduction from my present company of leave, the pf office persons are saying that they have been send the pf in the year nov on my citi banks account no 5902951708525, For which i have done the enquiry in citi bank also but they dont have any details of such cheques and also they are saying that they have not received such types of cheques for which i have given the application also and also the statement of citi banks in which it is clearly showing that no such checks has been received to them, and pf also not having any details of checks returning of what happened actually, So sir i request u to please do the needful i required it urgently.
