Didn't receive the passport waiting from past 9 months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied the passport in the month of December but didn't receive the passport till today i.e. on 16 th September. My file no is B001756/10.Am waiting from past 9 months for the passport. Police verification was completed in the month of june. As of now there is no updates on my passport and am getting fear about it. I have checked in the Online it is reflecting as "Police report has been not received". I dont know how long i have to wait like this. It been going to complete an year. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
