Missing passport

I am Rajni Nigam. I have applied for my passport in Chandigarh on 7 May. My file no is C 002620.I haven't got my passport till now. We were trannsffered to Patiala and I submitted an application regarding address change. But position remained the same. When enquired it was told that it was lying ''UNDELIEVERED". Now again we are transffered to Thane (West). Kindly deliever my passport to my present address i.e.
