Non delivery

I had booked the refill in my HP Gas consumer no.613885 on 03.12.2010 and I got a booking no.342554. On 01.01.2011 I have received a SMS from HP IVR stating that the refill will be delivered within 48 hours. But till date the refill not delivered. Yesterday I have received another SMS from HP IVR stating that the refill has been already delivered. I dont know to whom it has been delivered. The agency keeps mum while I contacted the agency M/s. Kumar Gas, Patturaickal, Thrissur.

The fate of the refill not known Till this time.
