Late delivery

I booked a cylinder at 24/08 in shiv sai gas agency (noida).they told me that they will deliver my cylinder with in 2 weeks but they didn't deliverd gas yet. when ever i went to gas agency the cylinder booker said to me that 'ha abhi bhej rhe h, aaj gas nhi h kal bhej denge'.today i went to agency so they told me that the bookers not here come tomorow.

but the gas cylinder is awaylable in black on double rate. so i am requesting that take action agains the service providers quikly.
