Notworking within the warranty period

We (Kerala Govt. Excise Department - Excise Range Office Kunnamkulam) purchased a HP Laser Jet P1007 model laser printer on August. Printer was Warrantied for 3 years (extended by Rate contract). But it was not working now. We want it to be repaired or replaced. I request you to take necessary steps in this regard at the earliest. Details of purchase are given below.
