NO delivery even after 10 days of booking

We are the consumer of HP LPG gas in Bangalore,

Gas agency is: Danish Gas - banaswadi - bangalore

about 12 days back we have booked for refilling cylinder even today we have not received the gas cylinder

We have contact HP consumer customer care land line no 080 28530547, response from teh HP representative is vary poor, not having helping nature, simply they disconnect the telephone line

Contact HP sales Officer in HP (mobile no.is 9916999961), no use

Pl let me know what I have to do
