I have applied for the passport at lucknow passport office on 31.08.2009 with a Application No. A17862309.Two months back i have recieved the information to submitt the Birth certificate issued by the Nagar nigam. I have submitted it with to the concerned office personally and recieved the reciept for the same. But there is no change in my applicaton status till day.one week ago i have visited the office with the above issue than they told me that your file is not available with us /misplaced/unavailable, dont worry and your passport will be send to you within a week time. There is no change in my application status till today. Pl. do needful.
