Sec 52 gurgaon Plot Possession

We purchased a plot in Sector 52 around 2 months back. The seller has the possession letter but the size on possession letter is different than the actual size at the location (As per HUDA records the size is 168.9 Sq Yard but at the location the size is less by 7 sq yard).

Now HUDA is not doing further processing and saying they will send the plan back to DTP department. It has been 2 months but no response from HUDA people. They are not issuing the new possession letter and the convinence deed.

We are completely stuck and helpless... Please suggest.
