Reconnection of water supply to MIG.II-820 KPHB Colony by enhancing from 1/2" to 3/4" - Can No.091508281

Dear Sir

Sorry and Excuse me for approaching you for small matter and should not disturb you and should not take your valuable time for this matter but there is no other go except approach you sir for justice.

My water can No.09150828.9KPHB COLONY DIVISION 9 Section KPHB My water connection was disconnected at the time of construction of building Now the construction work is over. Hence I submitted an application for reconnection of water supply by enhancing from 1/2" to 3/4" vide application No.571868 dt.04-05duly paying processing fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) and obtained receipt bearing No.362001 dt.04-05 and the authorities gave me file No.05-423 in single window cell of HMSSB Khairatabad, Hyderabad which was signed by Genneral Manager (E)/General SWC HMWSSB

So far I have not heard from the authorities concerned.

I am facing much difficulty in getting drinking water I am purchasing water from the water works department.

In the circumstances explained above, I request you kindly to advise your officials to reconnect the water supply which was disconnected at the time of construction i.e., nearly one year back, by enhancing the existing connection from 1/2" to 3/4" at an early date for which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful to you sir/madam
