Drainage problem

Dear sirs,

in chirag ali lane near little flower school, the drainage problem is persistant. municipal authorities have allowed major restaurants like, Bawarchi, SG comfort and Mercure to operate. the drainage line already had problems in the bylanes of this area.

after pertmitting restuarants HMWS&SB have never upgraded the sewer lines, the drains are choked regularly, upon cleaning what comes out of the clogged drain is cutlery which is totally blocking the small sized drains.

the lane adjecent to SG comfort is worst. government has never laid any sewer line in this small lane, the sewer line was laid by the residents, SG comfot has also got hiself connected to this line.

various complaints have been lodged in the past but no corrective measure has been taken.

it is also surprising that this bylane does not have water supply line aswell. residents have to get the water connected from as far as 300 ft from the main road.

we hope that the water board will do the corrective measure and help us to live hygenically.
