Sir,

Sub: Payment of Arrears Rs.27, 740 (CAN No.064157298)

As per the notice sent by you regarding payment of arrears of Rs.27, 740/- your mentioned dated 09-03, we have alrady met you on 21.12.2009 and discussed the matter.

As per your written instructions we have paid already 30% of the arrears amounting to Rs.13, 100/-. At the time of discussion regarding excessible you have advised us to pay 30% of the amount which we have alrady paid and you have also advised Mr. Ram Mohan Rao to settle the matter. We informed us that he already submitted a report to Khairtabad Branch, we have also explained in detail in a letter regarding the excess bill on 06.01.2010 and Mr. Ram Mohan Rao received the letter on 07.01.2010. Our excess bill matter has been pending since 1999 - 2000. We repeatedly contacted the concerned officials of HMWSSB and submitted number of request letters with all detailed information, till date the problem is not solved.

We request your good officies to look into the matter and do the justice regarding long outstanding excess arrears bill.
