Dear Sir,

We have been giving complaints regarding the overflowing/ blocked drainange at our premises Plotno.10-2-226, H.No.166/A, West Marredpally, Secunderabad. We have given complaint online no. 155313 three times. marked it as problem solved, without even visiting the site. Even after daily followup and calls, they say they will come but no one is looking in to the problem. It is so horrible for us to stay at home and we are becoming sick because of this.
