Hyderabad metro water works
No water from the past 15 days

I am not getting water from the past 15- 20 days. Given the complaint to Hyderabad water works department on 3Nov ref. number is 5844. But nobody has turned up and after few days I received the message that my water problem is solved on, got the message on 8 Nov. Again given the complaint narrating the situation but no response instead the area A.E Mr. Srinivas Reddy saying that there is no labour so due to labour problem it takes more time. And this is so ridiculus that payment including the service changes will be taken and not giving the service at all. SO I request the higher authorities to look in to this matter and take action ASAP. and resolve my problem.
