Hi,

My wife and my son have applied for passport in Hyderabad and so far we did not get those passports.

It’s been more than 3 months now that we have applied for passports and my family is waiting in India as I reached south Africa already.

Request you to look into this and provide their passports at the earliest.

File Reference Number: HYD-A051234-10 Application Date : 03-09

Applicant's Name: SHAMEEM SHAIK Applicant's Date of Birth : 05-05-1983

For this passport please provide Police clearance certificate as well.

My son details:

File Reference Number: HYD-C018026-10 Application Date : 03-09

Applicant's Name: AZMAL HUSSAIN SHAIK Applicant's Date of Birth : 07-10
