Hyderabad Passport Office
Delay in passport

Dear Sir,

We have applied passport for my parents on May 25th. Police enquiry is completed. But, the passport has not been posted till date.

The status for my father's passport is given as 'OTHERS'. We are not sure what it means. Could you please let us know what this is & when would the passport be despatched?

The file numbers are W237342 - Chintha Venkata Ramana Murthy; W237077 - Chintha Seetha.

Hope something would be done in this matter.
