Sub:- Request to release the Passport :- File No HYD-R002585-11 applied on 10-MAR

Myself Irshad Shaik, I have applied passport for including my Spouse name Sikindar Shaik, on 10-MAR Reference number HYD-W641782-10 and it is almost more than 3 months I haven't received my passport so far, If we check the status on passport office website it is showing as “BLANK”.

As per my knowledge for including Spouse name will not take much more time and the passport shouldn't take more than 2 months.

But it is almost more than 3 months and still don't the Status, I need passport very urgently because my Spouse is in Abroad, So I need to join with him due to my job pressure I can't visit her. Please do the needful for dispatching the passport as soon as possible to get the visa for my baby.
