Hyderabad RPO: Delay in Passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport on Sep 1 2009. I had to travel aboard for office work on 16 January. For more than 3 weeks the status is same: “It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time”. As per 3 visits to inquiry office my new Passport number is allotted and it is: H7047257.I have already submitted proof of urgency from my employer Infosys Technologies Ltd. Please help and dispatch passport at the earliest. Thanks for your help in advance.
