Status of application

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have applied the passport application for my father and mother on November 19th (19-11) at vijayawada passport office. They got the police enquiry done on dec- 4th. My father got the passport dispatched on march-17th and got it, but my mother didn't get the passport until now.

From Feb-3rd onwards the status is "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

Passport file number forworded to hyderabad:553/ppf/10/dated 6-12

Please look into the issue and do needfull.
