Hyderabad Water works and Sewerage Board
New connection for Apartment building

Sir,

We are constructing a new apartment in Hyderabad. We have applied for water connection and the water board has completed the site inspection. Now they are asking for bribe of Rs 40, 000 to approve and move it to the next level. I may be new to this but it looks like it is very normal to them. This is how the system is corrupted. Can you let me know where to take it up so that we are not harassed by the officials but such cases move forward normally without delays.
