Reserved seat occuped by other people

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had reserved a ticket from mysore to bangalore on 19th oct on train no 213/ triupati passenger, through internet bookings and have confiremd seats in s3 coach, to my horrow on the day journey i found out that the enitre comparement was full wiht people wiht unreserved tickets, insipte of request people did not move from my seat. Finally since i had reach bangalore i did not have time to take the issues with concnerned authoriy i had pay extra and take a seat in First class.

Can the Concerned authorites do something, becuase this happens almost every day in most of trains. Other wise do not provide the reservations for the same trains.

One more thing i do not know where to take up this issue with railway department
