PF Pending

Can anyone guide me how do i get the status for my PF, and what is the

procedure how long normally it takes.

PF A/c no KN/BN/19214/083843.

I have resigned IBM in the month of September almost 7 plus months

now, after contacting IBM i have recieved that PF form is been

procesed and i can contact PF Office at 080-25613382 / 25617629 and

quote PF Account.

However i believe the mentioned number is real goverment department

number, where people are so busy no time to pick up the phone.

Also i tried using http://www.epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx

website wher i put establishment code 19214 for IBM it comes with TATA

INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED, I dont know who designed the website or it

is having any bug.

i want you to direct me in correct way how do i know the status and whom do i contact.
