Clarification of Specialist as DEO or Consultant? Or what?

1. Is it not the intentional conspiracy of to thieve the earning part time @ Rs.13000/-below than our Labour rule of the Ex servicemen as specialist in the name of Consultant? The organization self created the profile of specialist by disdained the Constitutional Labour rule as per laid down protocol. The question arises, are they liable to do such nuisance and menace by hacking the earning of the poor ex-service as skilled Labour in such low payment?

2. Is not our constitutional Labour law unjustified or look down upon in the welfare of 100 nos Specialist in the name of consultant? Or else are they equal to DEO (Data entry operator) who are completely new in the field of working experiences? They encrypted scale of payment as that of DEO.

3. Is not this the betrayal of veteran Ex-servicemen as specialist by said Government organization with paying lower rate than the protocol of 6th CPC in the present days commodities?

4. Homely veteran Ex-servicemen as specialist are being made fun with their enigma of payment as per 6th CPC. It has really let down the 100s of Specialists (veteran ex-servicemen) by degradation and disintegration in payment protocol Ship building Center (V)

I beg my pardon to disclose such issue of exploitation of veteran ex-servicemen suffering after retiring in Ship Building Center (V). I request and look forward that your honest consciousness will not allow your organization to do so. Early resolution and settlement is apprehended always by the Citizen. I hope being you are supreme citizen you will not let the junior citizen to suffer such brutal way.
