Delay in installing LPG gas connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the gas connection in our house G-27, Vikas puri, New Delhi-110018. I have deposited Rs. 6000/- for gas connection vide receipt no. 15783 dated 30.5.2010. All the connections in our colony has been installed but in our home it is still not installed.

The engineer appointed in our area by IGL is Sh. C.M. Sharma.

Please look into the issue very urgently as it is getting delayed after the deposition of money since it has been 6 months. Does it take this much of time even after completing all the formalities?

Also mention what else is required for the action to be taken as soon as possible as in my knowledge I have completed all the formalities required for the installation.
