IGL /PNG
NON PROVIDING OF CONNECTION

I (DEEPAK JAIN) have applied for PNG connection at my residence i.e. M2/2 Ist floor Model Town- III Delhi 110009 to Indraprastha Gas Ltd & paid Rs 5000/- as required, approximately 2 to 3 years back. IGL had promised for six months to get the connection but till date connection is not installed. IGL had issued a business partner no. i.e. 4000026763. I had spoken to customer care of IGL so many times, they had told me always that your request has been forwarded to concerned authorities and the connection will be installed with in a week time but the action is still awaited.

Kindly help in the matter.
