Respected Sir,

It is humbly submitted that on the site of the MCD I noticed one complaint titling "illegal construction by land mafia" on dated 12.03.2010 in which there is mention of certain property numbers and their owners. It has been further mentioned in that complaint that those persons named in the complaint had raised unauthorized construction in the recent past.

In this regard, I would like to draw your kind attention that I never lodged such kind of complaint on your site. It is further submitted that whatever complaint is visible on the MCD site is completely false, baseless and frivolous as I never lodged such flimsy complaints.

It is pertinent to mention here that some mischievous person is trying to defame my name and is sending false complaints on your site and using my name by creating a false email account. It is further requested that an enquiry be also conducted against this complaint and the person who is sending such kind of frivolous complaints in my name. It is further prayed that no action should be taken on the complaint dated 12.03.2010 visible on the site of MCD as the same is false, frivolous, concocted, cooked up against innocent persons and for defaming my name.
