Illegal Construction on the road

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to the notice of The Municipal Corporation of Mumbai, that the owner of Sharada Kharat group and Companies, has been slowly & steadily expanding his house limits, bringing his residence virtually in the middle of the road, situated at (Ajmat Nagar, Katrak Road in front of the Noori Mosque, Wadala fish Market, Wadala (West), Mumbai - 400031.

His contrution has resulted in blocking an entire lane on the road & encouraged other people to follow the same. He has slowly constructed his house from the footpath on to the main road. He also parks his car in front of his house (on the road). He has opened a couple of shops & leased them on rent whose customers contribute greatly to create traffic on the road. After the construction of Monorail started on the adjacent road, the traffic has since been diverted on the Katrak road (opposite Auxilium convent). We suffer a great deal specially when dropping and picking our children from the School. His Illegal construction causes a great deal of inconvinience to us, the BEST bus drivers & other people in the locality.

Hence I would request to kindly observe a strict action to people like these who construct their residence on the main roads.
