We would like to bring to your Kind notice that the residents 2972/12 street number 12 Ranjit Nagar Near Shiv chowk New Delhi- 110008 have encroached the road in front of their homes with huge stairs for their entrance and also Build illegal Hardware Shop which has led to the shortening of the space available for parking and public movements.

The Following encroachments done at 2972/12 Street number 12 Ranjit Nagar

• ILLEGAL BUILD OF HARDWARE SHOP (TANEJA HARDWARE)

• ILLEGAL BUILD OF BATHROOM FOR PERSONAL USE ON PUBLIC LAND

• ILLEGAL THREE STOREY BUILDING FOR TENENTS ON GOVT. OR PUBLIC LAND.

• ILLEGAL HUGE STAIRS FOR ENTRANCE

• ILLEGAL KITCHEN AND ROOM ON ENCROCHED LAND

The original road is more than 10 feet wide. Because of these encroachments very little space is available on the road where only one small vehicle can pass at one time and the drainage system has also affected considerably as the water flows only from road thus by cracking the road also. I would like to request you take action against the resident of 2972/12 who have encroached the public road and the encroachment should be removed immediately, so that people can get wide road and the drainage of water from the proper drains

You are requested to please control and demolish the so called illegal/unauthorized encroachment of public/govt. property.
