Did not receive my Tax returns for the past 2 years

Hi,

I've paid my taxes for all the years since i've been employed. As I'm working in a software services based company. The tax that I should be paying to the government will be deducted immediately before my monthly salary gets credited to my account also.

For the assessment year the tax that has to be re-funded to me is Rs. 5731/-. I've got my acknowledgement number too. When I checked the status of re-fund with a person working in Income tax department office opp: to Assembly in Hyderabad. He is asking me for a bribe to get the amount re-funded to my account.

The details of the acknowledgement are -

Range : 12 and the refund amount i should be getting as on March is Rs. 5731/-

I request the government officials to respond quickly and refund the amount.
