PAN Acknowledgement number- 881010202822400 - Status does not changed from 06-May

Respected Sir,

I have sent the Name change application to change my name from Anuja

Taterh to Anuja Jain, and attached all relevant document like Marriage

certificate, PAN card copy, Bank account statement etc.., but my

status does not changed from 06-may till this date.

I am not sure why this is taking so much time, its a normal case where a girl gets married then she has to change the Surname.

I need to file my IT tax return ASAP, so I called up to NSDL and they

informed me that my application is already passed from NSDL and all of

the document has been verified by them and send to ITD.

This application is pending from 06-may with ITD, so I called up on

the helpline number and file the complain number (Complain number -

1770711), but still no action has been taken till this date

Please take this note on high priority and reply us ASAP.
