ITR not refunded yet

Dear Sir,

My name is Akash Jaiswal (Pan ID: AKXPJ2245B).

I had applied for ITR-4 at 31 Jul at Lucknow Office. Designation Of Assessing Officer (Ward/Circle) -1 & Seal and Signature of receiving Official was-0011020701.

It was acknowledged at Lucknow office with stamp on it named "Parikhsetra -I, Lucknow".

So I come to know that it is already 1 year has been passed, & any type of information about this ITR is not updated on any website/portal.

So kindly do the needfull, Why it is taking so delay...
