Cylinder Delivery delayed

I have booked a gas in indane gas agency named "Vasanth enterprises". Before booking i had to call them more than 10 time for more than 3 days. On the fourth day, finally, somebody received the phone. I booked the gas. He told me i will recieve it in 3 days. Gas agency is 2 kms from my home. Today its the 5th day. I called them and reminded twice. Once in the morning 10.15 am and again afternoon 3 pm[thankfully they recieved after continuous attempts!! ]. Both the times they told me the cylinder is on its way.. But still i did not receive my cylinder[its 5:51 pm now]. I have only 1 cylinder and this is not fair. Gas cylinder is a basic necessity and should provided ASAP. Today from 4.30 pm i have been calling them again and nobody is receiving the call!!!

Please help the people in need.
