Non delivery of GAS, after delivery Charged Rs.25/- Extra

SIR,

I am LPG Consumer of M/S Sri Ram Agency, Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore. My consumer number is 60424. I booked for gas on 24-03, and he has not supplied up to yesterday, I called him 4 days back that time also they told today they will supply, again today morining i called they suplied in afternoon and they charged me Rs.25/- extra. when i asked why this Rs.25/- extra they are telling they have come and the door was locked. From 24-03 me mother is at home only the Gas agency pple not coming and unncessary they charging. This typr they are doing 3rd time to me. Kidnly take action regarding this.
