Ooking problem

My consumer no.8582and my gas booking no is 2347 of M/s Nutan Enterprise, Mangalore (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been enquiring about gas supllying same type of reply tomoroow but that day nobody has come again and agin i have tried but same response tomoroow I have to face this problem for non avalabily of cyilnder in time.

pls look into the matter and take action against this agency because his office staff and agency work like very irrisponsible manner .you better know if cooking gas is not available in time what to do.

this is not first time i wrote a letter to you so many time i sent complaint at yur good office but still my problem is the same.

hope you resolve the issue and take action against this type of dealrs
