Refusal to book to Gas on the pretext that it can booked only after 21 days i.e. from the last delivery of cylinde

I, Ajay Kumar Jain resident of B-36, Patel Nagar-II, Ghazaiabad is a consumer of Indane Gas registered with M/s. Nim Gas Service, Patel Nagar-II, Ghaziabad (UP). My consumer No. is 26675-M.

The dealer (Nim Gas Services) always refuse to book the cylinder before 21-22 days from the last delievery of Gas Cylinder and to this effect a complaint was made to the Area Manager and also the same was lodged in the complaint book available with the dealer way back 4-5 months. I was assured by the Area Manager that in future the dealer will not refuse the booking but always the dealer refuses to book the cylinder on the same pretext. At that time dealer not even provided me the copy of the complaint nor the company has replied me about the actiion taken on my compaint.

Today i.e. 04.02. I called upon the telephone no. 0120-3244971 at 9.43 AM a person named (Mr. Gurjeet) refused to book the Cylinder on the same pretext and told me that they have orders/instructions from U.P. Government whereas what I feel that the subject matter does not pertains to State Govt. and even no such orders are being made by the Indian Oil Corporation or Central Govt. in this regard.

I think this dealer is having hand in glove with the company functionaries and did not bother to obey the rules of the company/GOI.

I request you to kindly look into the complaint and action be initiated against the dealer and also it is requested to kindly endorse the Action Taken Report at the earliest. I shall be oblieged.
