Rude behaviour and no response

Dear Sir,

My Self cityzen of SANAWAD. The representatives of Narmada Indane Gas Agency Sanawad are not able to interact with customer in proper behaviour. Most of the time i not get refilled cylinder at home delivery so i have to bound to collect from the agency.

Also they do not attend the telephone for booking of Cylinder.

Your good self are required investigate this matter urgently please.
