Not receving the phone for booking of gas

I am a consumer of Indane gas connection No. 2169 of Modern gas Agency, Shyam Nagar 'C' Block Kanpur. Since 15 Sept.2010 I am trying the phone No. 2422920 to book our gas for home delivery. It is very unfortunate that no body is receving the phone to book the gas. The Behavior of Agency worker as well as onwer of the agency is highly objectenable at the time of contect to agency. you are requested to do the needful. My mobile No. 09450734152.
