Passport not received

I have applied for passport in Mar 20th along with my children to accompany my husband at Hong Kong. But my passport yet not received and passport status site shows "police report not received".

But iam govt employee and had submitted NOC from my institution.

My children's passport received.but her passport not received.please do the needful
