GAS BOOKED WITHOUT REQUEST

I am a Indane Gas (IOCL) consumer with consumer No.28922.

Distributor APSCSC Code No.7634252, Destn Code No.04846.

I have registered my Cell Phone Number last month for booking

of Gas cylinder. On 11.08.2011 I got an SMS stating that Gas is

booked against my consumer number without sending any booking

message to the distributor. Nest day, 12.8.2011 again I got a SMS

stating that Gas cylinder is delivered at my house. But I have not

received any gas cylinder till date (18.08.2011). I think that the

distributor of IOCL is booked a cylinder sold away to a third party.

I request you to kindly take up the matter to the respective Authorities and suitable action may be taken against the person

responsible for the fraudulent act under advice to me.
