Abnormal delays/blackmarketting of refills

Consumer no. 33812, registered with gas agency sunder shyam enterprises, janakpuri, newdelhi.never getting refills at time... trying to contact the dealer but phones not being received even after several attempts.booked a refill on 11/12 and waiting to get it till now..status on central booking number shows that the dealer has setteled the bookings till 12/12.this is happening again and again... despite personally meeting the dealer last time and getting the assurance that this will not happen again..I HAVE SERIOUS DOUBT THAT THE DEALER IS INVOLVED IN BLACKMARKETTING OF THE REFILLS... PLEASE SEE INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE STRICT ACTION..
