Indane gas cylinder
CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED

SIR,

I am a customer of GRAHA GAS AGENCY, Which was in east tambaram. Now this has been taken over by PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY in west tambaram. I had booked a cyllinder with PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY on 11th January My consumer number is 19954. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I called to them on 27th Jan person told me that the cylinder was already delivered on 22nd Jan to us. where as we have not received the same till date. When we enquire about it everyday they are telling that they will send it by the next day. where as today i got a number of thier delivery boys named Chelliah and selvam, when we call up to them in the morning they said they will deliver it by today, which has not been done so far. when i called them now. their cell has been pick up by somebody else in his office and saying that it will get delivered tommorrow. I am very annoyed and want you to look into this matter by now itself since this is the 4th time happening to me. This Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram seems to be very lazy guys. They are not doing their work properly. Due to this, customers are suffering a lot. They are not taking initiative to deliver the cylinders on door delivery when i asked them to pick-up the cylinder from their agency they are refusing to give even when we go directly. It's not the right way to treat the customers to be an service oriented agency. Pattammal Gas Agency West Tambaram undergoing a very poor and worst service on customers. No one can easily book cylinders by phone easliy. And the same time they did not give response and respect to customers even they go to their office in person. Please inform me any one have the address to give complaint on them. NOW IT IS 26 DAYS SINCE I BOOKED THE CYLINDER. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THE AGENCY.
